Biwin, a relatively new provider of storage and memory products, has announced its participation in Computex 2025, which will take place at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from May 20 to 23.
At Hall 1, Booth #J1028, Biwin will display a range of its latest storage solutions, including demonstrations of custom PC builds and live product showcases.
Under the theme “Built to Win,” the company will highlight various products developed for applications in gaming, professional workloads, and mobile computing. Among the featured technologies are Biwin’s Black Opal SSDs and DRAM modules.
PCIe Gen5 SSDs: Biwin Black Opal X570 PRO and X570
These SSDs utilize PCIe Gen5x4 technology. The X570 PRO model offers read speeds up to 14,000 MB/s and write speeds up to 13,000 MB/s, featuring a 6 nm controller and an 8-channel architecture. It also includes up to 4 GB DRAM cache and can reach 2 million IOPS in random read operations. The X570 model provides up to 14,500 MB/s read speeds in a DRAM-less design, using Host Memory Buffer and dynamic SLC caching.
DDR5 Memory: Biwin Black Opal OC Lab Gold Edition DW100
This 192 GB DDR5 memory kit (4× 48 GB) is available in DDR5-6400 CL30 and DDR5-6000 CL28 variants. It is designed to support demanding computing tasks, including gaming, content creation, and AI workloads, with an emphasis on high bandwidth, low latency, and stability.
Portable and Professional Storage Solutions
Amber PR2000 Portable SSD: Offers up to 2000 MB/s read and 1800 MB/s write speeds with USB 3.2 Gen2×2. The device is built for durability, with IP67 water/dust resistance and up to 3-meter drop protection. Available in capacities up to 8 TB, it supports multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Amber CA400 and CB500 CFexpress™ 4.0 Memory Cards: Designed for professional media applications, these cards support sustained 8K/12K video recording. The CB500 (Type B) offers up to 3750 MB/s read and 3500 MB/s write speeds, while the CA400 (Type A) delivers up to 1850 MB/s read and 1750 MB/s write. Both models are VPG400-certified and built to operate reliably in demanding environments.
