Youth platform Edukasyon sealed a partnership with tech giant ASUS Philippines for a year-long collaboration. The partnership deal was signed at ASUS Headquarters in Pasig City by Edukasyon CEO & Founder, Henry Motte-Muñoz, and ASUS Philippines Country Manager, George Su, who both expressed their desire to work together for the benefit of the Filipino youth through the Share Campaign.
“Education is one of ASUS’ top priorities worldwide, and we are proud to be collaborating with Edukasyon PH in our continued pursuit of this advocacy,” said Su. “This platform will allow us to deliver carefully crafted learning experiences to students that will be helpful to their future career paths, at the same time nurturing their interest in technology.”
The collaboration initially began with ASUS engaging with Edukasyon’s users during the latter’s nationwide senior high school fairs. Now on its third year, ASUS and Edukasyon are expanding their partnership through offline and online initiatives thanks to the Share Campaign.
The said campaign will encourage Gen Z students (specifically students born between 1996 and 2010) from various schools around Metro Manila to upgrade their current skill set through a series of engaging lectures and unique demonstrations.
With the use of ASUS devices, students will undergo experiential and a fully interactive type of learning taught by industry experts on gaming, multimedia arts, and other digital-first careers. To test these newly acquired skills, the student attendees will then create specific outputs and present them to an audience and a panel.
Motte-Muñoz adds, “We are very eager to collaborate with value-driven brands like ASUS Philippines on this exciting new venture. We aim to further engage with our community of 10 million students and 500 educational institutions by offering a clear path of mutually beneficial engagement for students. And it will definitely be interesting to see what these students want to learn, and most importantly, what they can create and share through the resources that Edukasyon and ASUS will be offering them.”
