GIGABYTE Rolls Out AORUS RTX 50 INFINITY Series Pricing

GIGABYTE has released its AORUS GeForce RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070 INFINITY graphics cards. The lineup uses GIGABYTE’s WINDFORCE HYPERBURST cooling system, a double flow-through design that lets air pass through both sides of the backplate. The cards also move the power connector to the rear, a layout aimed at cleaner cable routing.

A card in the INFINITY WOOD line, the AORUS GeForce RTX 5080 INFINITY WOOD, adds a wood-grain panel matched to GIGABYTE’s WOOD-series motherboards.

Cooling system

The WINDFORCE HYPERBURST setup routes air through both sides of the card’s backplate rather than just across the fins. GIGABYTE pairs this with its Hawk fan design, which the company states increases air pressure by up to 53.6% and air volume by up to 12.5% over previous fans. A third fan, positioned at the center of the card, activates automatically under heavier loads to add airflow when needed.

Power connector and lighting

The power connector sits on the rear of the card instead of the top, with cables routed behind the chassis. A magnetic plate covers the connector when not viewed from that angle. The cards include RGB Halo lighting around an outer ring, which can be synced with other GIGABYTE RGB components.

INFINITY WOOD variant

The AORUS GeForce RTX 5080 INFINITY WOOD swaps in a wood-grain panel design intended to pair visually with GIGABYTE’s WOOD-themed motherboards, for builders who want a non-standard aesthetic.
