The most notable features of Windows 10 includes support for DirectX 12, the return of the Start Menu, a new browser called Microsoft Edge, integration of Windows Store, ala Google Playstore for Windows, Cortana, as the personal digital assistant, and many more. It is also expected that with Cross platform support (Xbox One), Windows 10 users will be able to stream their Xbox One games to the PC, and maybe even cross play with console gamers on certain titles with the help of the DirectX 12 API.
