ZOTAC Unveils CM5-PICO Feature-Dense Raspberry Pi at ISE 2026

ZOTAC Technology has officially kicked off its pre-showcase at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026. This year, the company is spotlighting its push into Edge AI and industrial-grade integration, headlined by the debut of the CM5-PICO, which ZOTAC describes as the world’s most feature-dense computer powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 (CM5).

The CM5-PICO: Small Form Factor, Big Connectivity

The CM5-PICO is designed for extreme space-constrained environments, this ultra-compact device aims to solve the common connectivity limitations of similar-sized systems. Unlike typical CM5-based modules that require extensive expansion boards, the CM5-PICO comes ready-to-use with a comprehensive I/O suite, including:

  • Dual full-size 4K HDMI outputs
  • Gigabit LAN
  • Dual USB 3.2 ports and USB-C connectivity
  • Industrial-grade durability with an optimized thermal design

The device is positioned as an ideal solution for digital signage, professional kiosks, and industrial IoT gateways. To appeal to the long-term planning needs of the AV and systems integration industry, ZOTAC has committed to product availability for the CM5-PICO through at least January 2036.

Powering the Future with “Blackwell” Embedded GPUs

ZOTAC is also moving the needle on high-performance graphics for professional environments with the introduction of its NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell Generation Embedded GPU modules. Utilizing the latest MXM form factors, these GPUs are designed to bring next-generation AI, deep learning, and advanced ray-tracing capabilities to industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial gaming.

By integrating the Blackwell architecture into its embedded lineup, ZOTAC aims to provide system integrators with the tools needed for complex “Edge AI” tasks—where data is processed locally and instantly rather than in the cloud.

Scalable Intelligence and ZBOX PRO

Under the theme “Scalable Intelligence,” ZOTAC is also demonstrating its expanded ZBOX PRO lineup. These mini PCs now support both x86 and ARM architectures, allowing for flexible deployments in critical environments. A key feature of the new ZBOX PRO series is its collaboration with Phison for AI-optimized storage solutions, enabling “painless, out-of-the-box” Large Language Model (LLM) training and inference at the edge.

“As the world turns, ZOTAC turns with it,” the company stated in its release. “We are showcasing next-generation industrial-grade offerings that move beyond high-performance gaming into high-visibility, AI-empowered industrial solutions.”

As ISE 2026 emphasizes the convergence of AV, IT, and AI, ZOTAC’s offerings bridge the gap between powerful hardware and practical, small-scale deployment.
