SteelSeries has officially announced its entry into the ultra-premium audio market with the debut of the Arctis Nova Elite. Launched on October 5, 2025, this new flagship headset aims to blur the line between professional gaming gear and audiophile-grade listening, carrying a premium price tag of PHP 44,555.
The brand describes this launch as a move into a new “Luxury” category, featuring the world’s first Hi-Res Wireless Certification for a gaming headset. By utilizing a new GameHub and the next-gen LC3+ codec, SteelSeries claims to have overcome previous technological limitations to deliver 96 kHz/24-bit audio over 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth.
Table of Contents:
Audiophile-Grade Engineering
At the heart of the Nova Elite are custom 40mm Carbon Fiber Speaker Drivers. These are designed with a custom brass ring for added rigidity, creating a “pistonic” driver movement that reduces distortion and enhances soundscape realism.
- Frequency Response: Broad 10 Hz to 40 kHz coverage.
- Clarity: High-resolution transmission achieving new levels of accuracy.
- Design: Co-designed with Danish designer Jacob Wagner, featuring an all-metal frame and plush memory foam for ergonomic luxury.
OmniPlay: Mixing 4 Sources at Once
One of the most distinct features is the new OmniPlay technology. The dedicated GameHub allows users to connect up to three systems via USB-C (PC, PlayStation, and Xbox) and one via Bluetooth simultaneously.

Unlike standard headsets that toggle between sources, the Nova Elite can mix audio from all four sources at once. This means a user can play a game on a console, chat on Discord via PC, and listen to media on a phone simultaneously without changing cables or settings.
Additional Specs & Features
- Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): Touted as the best in the gaming class for immersion.
- AI Noise Rejection: Microphones utilize AI to block up to 97% of background noise.
- Infinite Power System: A dual-battery hot-swap system ensures unlimited playtime by allowing one battery to charge while the other is in use.
- Software: Supported by the Arctis App with 200+ game-specific presets.
