ASUS Extends Cool for School Promo with more Products and Prizes

ASUS announced an extension of the Cool For School 2023 promotion. Customers who will purchase participating ASUS PC components, gaming peripherals, and accessories have a chance to win one of four ASUS VivoBooks in the weekly raffle draw, or one ROG Ally in the grand raffle.

ASUS will accept entries of at least P10,000.00 worth of qualified ASUS products in single receipt.

Promo Mechanics

1. End-user must purchase any ASUS or ROG participating products (Motherboard, Graphics Card, AIO Cooler, PSU, LCD Monitor, Router, Gaming Peripheral) amounting to at LEAST Php 10,000.00 (single receipt).
2. End-user must register their personal identifiable details on this site: https://ph.asus.click/backtoschool with the following details: Name, Mobile Number, Home Address, Prize delivery address, Product Serial number, Product Name, Purchase Date, Purchase Store, Invoice Number, Photo of the invoice, Photo of the serial number
3. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the end-user confirming the successful registration.

Who can join the promo

1. This promotion is open to all end-users who purchased any ASUS or ROG participating product from participating dealers and authorized resellers nationwide during the promo period amounting to at LEAST Php 10,000.00 (single receipt) is a valid raffle entry.
2. Employees of ASUS Philippines, (hereinafter the “organizers the promotions”), and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining.
3. By joining and participating in Cool For School 2023 Raffle Promo (“the promotion”) participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that:
   1. He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions; and
   2. ASUS Philippines Corporation shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used by ASUS Philippines Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy.
4. Promotion period is from August 7 – September 8, 2023.

Determination of Winners/Prizes

1. Deadline of entries is on September 8, 2023 – 11:59pm.
2. A total of five (5) winners will be determined via electronic raffle. There will be five (5) raffle draw dates to determine the winners of prizes.

  • August 22, 2023: one (1) ASUS VivoBook laptop
  • August 29, 2023: one (1) ASUS VivoBook laptop
  • September 4, 2023: one (1) ASUS VivoBook laptop
  • September 11, 2023: one (1) ROG Ally

3. Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw at the 4/F Hanston Bldg., F. Ortigas Jr. Rd., Ortigas Center, Pasig City every 3:00PM, witnessed by a DTI representative.
4. Winning from one raffle draw automatically disqualifies the winner from the rest of future raffle draws in this promotion.
5. Winners will be notified by phone and through email from [email protected].
6. Winners will receive a notification letter or registered MAIL no later than 14 days.
7. Winners must claim their prizes on or before November 18, 2023 or until 60 days after receipt of notification letter. If for any reason, the winner is unable to claim the prize within the redemption period, the prize will be forfeited, in favor of ASUS Philippines Corporation with prior approval from DTI. ASUS Philippines Corporation reserves the right to choose another winner should the original winner fail to cooperate on the submission of requirements.
8. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items / services.
9. By participating in this raffle all participants and winner(s) grant ASUS Philippines Corporation exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, ASUS Philippines Website, or Official ASUS Philippines Facebook Page.
10. Redemption period is until 60 calendar days from receipt of the registered email. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
11. 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by ASUS Philippines.
12. Only the end-users with VALID Proof of purchase of any Asus or ROG participating product will be determined as qualified to be chosen for the raffle.
13. The ASUS Team will send in the item within 20 working days once your details have been confirmed.
14. Commercial and/or bulk purchases are disqualified from joining the promotion.
15. ASUS reserves the right to modify and/or change the mechanics of the program without prior notice.
