In the film ‘GG,’ actor Donny Pangilinan steps beyond his comfort zone to embody Seth, an introverted gamer navigating the challenges of joining a rookie esports team.

Directed by Prime Cruz, “GG,” short for “Good Game,” is a collaborative effort by Mediaworks, Cignal Entertainment, and Create Cinema, with distribution by ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema. The movie prominently features Acer and Predator gaming products as official PC partners.

‘GG’ marks the Philippines’ inaugural venture into the realm of professional esports in a full-length feature film.

Donny, also an ambassador for Acer Philippines, expressed newfound admiration for the dedication of professional gamers, emphasizing the legitimacy of esports as a genuine profession.
