Cheaper than Nvidia G-Sync equipped counterparts
AMD brought their FreeSync adaptive V-sync feature with the latest Catalyst OMEGA driver, and it’s just a matter of time for us to see one in the prowl. – or is it? Overclockers UK, an EU based online retail store already had one at stock, and it’s actually cheaper than its G-Sync equipped counterparts as reported.
The Iiyama ProLite B2888UHSU-B1 is the first FreeSync enabled display on sale, featuring a 28″ panel size, 3840 x 2160 resolution, tons of display ports, and even USB connectivity. Response time is at 1ms, and the panel itself is of the TN variant. For the price of $600, this is already tad cheaper compared to G-sync enabled models with the same specifications. SEE LINK
