G.SKILL Kicks Off 10th Annual OC World Cup

G.SKILL has officially announced the return of the OC World Cup 2026, marking the 10th anniversary of one of the most prestigious extreme overclocking competitions on the planet. This year, the stakes are higher than ever with a massive $40,000 USD total prize pool, including a $10,000 USD grand prize for the ultimate champion.

Road to Computex 2026

The competition is split into three high-stakes stages, beginning in the digital realm and culminating in a sub-zero showdown in Taipei.

  • Stage 1: Online Qualifier (Feb 15 – March 23, 2026)

Hosted on HWBOT, this stage filters the global field down to the elite.

  • Stage 2: Live Qualifier (June 2 – June 4, 2026)

The top 9 qualifiers travel to the G.SKILL booth (Nangang Exhibition Hall 1, Booth I0818) during Computex 2026.

  • Stage 3: Grand Final (June 5, 2026)

The best of the best face off in a final battle for the title.

During the live finals, competitors will use LN2 to drop hardware temperatures to -196°C, pushing G.SKILL memory and Intel silicon to speeds that would melt standard cooling solutions.
