At Computex, ASUS has introduced the ROG Harpe Ace Extreme, a wireless gaming mouse designed with competitive gamers in mind.

Standout feature of this mouse is its incredibly lightweight design – a mere 47 grams thanks to its carbon fiber construction. For reference, the standard ROG Harpe Ace is rated at 54 grams.

To be honest, it is a small difference, maybe almost negligible to some, but a cool weight saving nonetheless – considering the original design is already engineered for that purpose.

Now, the Harpe Ace Extreme packs the ROG Aimpoint Pro – a high-performance optical sensor that delivers up to 42,000 DPI – the same sensor found on the Keris II Ace. Polling is rated at 8,000 Hz, which is aided by the ROG SpeedNova on 2.4 GHz RF wireless.

Price and Availability

The ROG Harpe Ace Extreme is slated for release this coming Q3 2024. No words about pricing yet but I reckon it is going to be expensive – at least compared to the standard version.
