New normal, new event experiences – Gariath Concepts transitions the Electronic Sports and Gaming Summit (ESGS), usually displayed on the event grounds, to audiences around the Philippines via livestreaming on its Facebook page.
Co-presented by PLDT Home Fibr and Mountain Dew, the official game fuel of ESGS (Electronic Sports and Gaming Summit), ESGS 2020 Online will feature three days’ worth of content that have made ESGS a haven for gaming and esports enthusiasts.

Esports fans will be in for treat, as not 1, not 2, but 6 different Esports tournaments will be featured at the ESGS Astra Arena. Featuring competitive titles such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, Call of Duty: Mobile, PUBG Mobile, VALORANT and Rainbow Six: Siege, the ESGS Astra Arena will surely have everything from MOBA enthusiasts to hardcore shooting game fanatics. Each tournament will invite the Philippines’ best of the best pro-am teams as they compete for exciting prizes provided by our tournament sponsors.

Of course, it will not be ESGS without the video game highlights, and this year, all of that will take place at the ESGS Game Room. Fans will get to experience new and upcoming video game titles with our hosts and some of our favourite esports personalities. Developers from Blizzard, Square Enix, Ubisoft, and Devolver Digital and as well as from the Taipei Game Show will also be joining the ESGS Game Room segment as they talk about their featured game titles.
But it is not just the big games as Indie Games will also have their share of the spotlight at
ESGS Indie Party. Joining the fun will be Streamline Games, Ranida Games, Digital Crafter, Rocket Juice Games, Games by Nico, Keybol, Metronomik and Toge Publishing. Each developer will also have someone to feature and talk about their featured game titles and share more about their creations.
Tech and Gadget Galore
Tech and gadget enthusiasts will also find their spot at ESGS 2020 Online with the ESGS Launch Pad. Bringing the latest in computer and gaming hardware, ESGS 2020 Online’s Tech partners; Republic of Gamers, Legion by Lenovo and Corsair will be on the spotlight as they show the newest additions to their product lines.
Fan Experience, and of course, epic event loot!
The ESGS experience will not be complete without the fans interacting with their esports and gaming idols. This year, despite going digital, ESGS 2020 Online aims to still recapture that experience in the ESGS Fan Hall. Inviting some of the most talked about esports personalities, fans will be able to take part in virtual Meet & Greet sessions and even have the chance to play with their idols in online showmatches.
Together with interacting with their idols, fan can also take home ESGS 2020 memorabilia as the epic event loot goes online with giveaways, contest, and various raffles happening all throughout the event days.
