GIGABYTE at their COMPUTEX 2023 suite showed us some of their unique products. Now I noticed we haven’t touched their graphics cards yet so we are here to refresh you with their latest offerings dating back to CES 2023, up to the RXT 4060 and the AMD RX 7600 series of GPUs.
Table of Contents
RTX 4070 Ti AERO OC 12G
The 4070 Ti AERO OC is among the many graphics cards announced early this year featuring the RTX 4070 Ti GPU inside. Contrary to how immaculate and huge it looks, the graphics card’s PCB is actually just about half of the whole thing. This is due to the WINDFORCE cooling solution, eating most of the real-estate.
Being an AERO series card, the 4070 Ti AERO OC is aimed for creators or professionals looking to stray away from the more gaming oriented designs. It also comes with a full metal back-plate, braces to keep it from sagging and a dual BIOS to select between the OC and silent modes.
AORUS RTX 4090 XTREME WATERFORCE 24G
Manifesting the gigachad within, GIGABYTE had an ample amount of trust into their shelving with the RTX 4090 XTREME WATERFORCE. This graphics card weights about 3 kilograms mainly due to its cooling solution.
Definitely not for the faint hearted, the RTX 4090 equipped model is made to maximize the said chip with its 360 mm radiator paired with 3x 120mm fans. Clock speed by default starts at 2565 MHz which is 45 Hz higher compared to the norm.
RTX 4090 MASTER 24G
Yet another graphics card based on the RTX 4090, the MASTER is GIGABYTE’s take on the flagship GPU with a more conventional cooling approach.
Like the RTX 4070 Ti AERO, this comes with an anti-sag bracket, triple 100 mm fans but with a more flamboyant design. It also comes with a LED display that is fully customizable according to your liking via the GIGABYTE Control Center.
Fun fact: Jensen Huang, NVIDIA’s CEO, visited GIGABYTE’s suite just to sign one. He’s practically rolling around the halls of COMPUTEX just to sign every NVIDIA stuff that he deems interesting.
RTX 4060 Ti AERO OC 8G
Yet another white graphics card, the RTX 4060 Ti AERO follows the foundation laid by its bigger brother – at a more frugal price point.
The RTX 4060 Ti chips drew flak from various outlets with its +10% FPS performance improvements over the last generation graphics but it is a fine GPU if I may say so if we are going to talk about its overall improvements over the latter.
AORUS RTX 4080 XTREME WATERFORCE WB
Now for the more serious system builders and modders, GIGABYTE is offering an RTX 4080 model with a water block. It comes with a patented leak detection feature, an extra layer of PCB coating against the elements and an RGB lighting that illuminates the block itself.
Fittings are standard G-1/4″ threads (thank goodness) and it also comes with of course, a back-plate. Continuing the tradition, this one also comes with a dual BIOS switch.
RX 7600 GAMING OC 8G
Finally, we get to see an AMD card at the suite and it is no other than the recently released RX 7600 GAMING OC. Based on the Radeon RX 7600 GPU, this one comes with the WINDFORCE cooling solution allowing a 100 MHz increase in clock speeds over the reference design.
Despite its aggressive and intimidating looks, the RX 7600 GAMING OC 8G is quite possibly the only card I could afford from this round-up. Seriously though, I’d like to see more AMD at each brand’s booth and suite. I dearly miss the variety.
Price and Availability
Most, if not all of these graphics are now available at an authorized GIGABYTE dealer or retailer near you. For up to date pricing and deals, please check GIGABYTE’s social media channels as well.
