In a bold display of global entrepreneurship, InnoVEX 2025 is poised to welcome nearly 450 startups from 24 countries, igniting Taipei with a surge of innovation from May 20 to 23 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2. Marking its 10th anniversary as the startup-focused arm of COMPUTEX, this year’s InnoVEX will spotlight cutting-edge advancements in AI, Green Tech, Smart Mobility, Semiconductor Applications, and Next-Gen Communications.

With a 12.5% increase in startup participation compared to last year, the event underscores Taiwan’s growing prominence as a hub for international tech collaboration. Key national pavilions—from Belgium and France to Thailand and the Philippines—will bring together an eclectic mix of startups, accelerators, and government programs under one roof, each showcasing unique innovations and fostering global tech exchange.

International Showcases Highlight Global Tech Diversity

The French Pavilion will unveil innovations spanning from energy solutions to human-robot interaction, while Belgium’s Flanders Pavilion brings expertise in cybersecurity and micro-LED. Emerging digital, aerospace, and automation tech will headline in the Czech Republic’s presentation, and Poland’s showcase will feature breakthroughs in AI, edtech, and semiconductors.

First-time exhibitors like Thailand and the Philippines are set to make a strong impression. Thailand will highlight smart healthcare and AI education, while the Philippines, led by its Department of Agriculture, will feature smart agriculture technologies aimed at sustainable development.

Meanwhile, startups from Israel, Australia, Brazil, and Japan will reinforce ties with Taiwan and present advances in sectors such as cybersecurity, quantum computing, and smart manufacturing.

Tech Titans and Startup Accelerators Drive Innovation Forward

Heavyweights like NVIDIA will exhibit promising companies from its Inception Program, and Garage+ will bring 36 elite startups from across the globe. Other ecosystem enablers such as StarFab, TPEx, and the Edge AI Foundation will also contribute, further strengthening the platform’s global innovation network.

Government-backed programs, including the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Best AI Awards and the National Science Council’s IC Taiwan Grand Challenge, will bolster Taiwan’s startup ecosystem and elevate its global competitiveness.

Interactive Experiences Fuel the Innovation Wave

InnoVEX isn’t just a showcase—it’s a full-fledged innovation festival. Highlights include the Opening Ceremony, InnoVEX Forum, Pitch Contest, and Global Demo Day. The InnoVEX Forum on May 21 will feature speakers from AWS, NVIDIA, Google Cloud, Qualcomm, Solomon, and Advantech discussing how AI continues to transform industries and drive digital evolution.
