Levelplay is taking aim at one of the more tedious parts of building a PC with the Mag Fan Kit, a patented magnetic fan installation system revealed at COMPUTEX 2026.
The system replaces screw-based fan mounting with a magnetic connection. A mounting plate attaches to the case, and fans snap onto it magnetically, allowing them to be installed or removed without tools or fasteners. The mounting plate also doubles as a fan hub, consolidating both power delivery and ARGB lighting synchronization into a single interface.
Levelplay says the design reduces installation time and simplifies cable management, with the modular approach adding flexibility for builders who swap out fans or reconfigure airflow over time.
The Mag Fan Kit is part of a broader push from Levelplay to make PC building more hands-on and less fiddly, sitting alongside the tactile controls of the Newtro Series and the monitoring features of the Digital Air 5 as part of the brand’s 2026 lineup at COMPUTEX.
