Colorful Unveils iGame Z890 Ultra Series Motherboards

Colorful Technology has announced the iGame Z890 ULTRA-S W and the iGame Z890M ULTRA Z, two motherboards built for the Intel Core Ultra 200S Plus Series.

Both models feature the signature white, hip-hop-inspired aesthetic of the iGame Ultra line, designed to match the brand’s existing white graphics cards. These boards focus on high-speed memory support and streamlined building features to accommodate modern gaming and AI-driven workloads.

iGame Z890 ULTRA-S W

The iGame Z890 ULTRA-S W is designed for high-end performance, featuring a 20+1+1+1 phase power delivery system capable of supporting the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus. It stands out with support for DDR5 memory speeds reaching 9600+ MHz and a maximum capacity of 256 GB. To manage the thermal demands of these specifications, the board uses an upgraded cooling system with integrated heat pipes and airflow channels. Maintenance is simplified through the inclusion of next-generation quick-release mechanisms for both the GPU and M.2 heatsinks.

iGame Z890M ULTRA Z

The iGame Z890M ULTRA Z introduces a “Zero-Cable” design that eliminates traditional internal power wiring. It replaces the standard 24-pin and CPU power connectors with a single 50-pin rear-mounted direct-plug interface. This allows the motherboard to connect directly to a compatible power supply via gold fingers, removing visible cables from the main chamber.

Connectivity and Expansion

Both boards are equipped with 2.5G Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 for high-speed networking. The ULTRA Z model specifically provides four M.2 slots and four SATA interfaces, ensuring ample storage expansion for productivity users. While pricing and specific regional availability are managed by local representatives, these boards are positioned as premium options for users prioritizing clean aesthetics and next-gen Intel performance.
