G.SKILL has released its T5 Neo series DDR5-6400 CL38 512 GB (64 GB x8) overclocked DDR5 R-DIMM memory solution. This memory kit is designed for AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO series processors and compatible AMD WRX90 chipset motherboards. It uses AMD EXPO memory overclocking technology and a 16-layer PCB.

The T5 Neo series memory kit has a total capacity of 512 GB, made up of eight 64 GB modules. This configuration is intended for demanding workloads such as AI model training, large-scale data analytics, memory-intensive simulations, professional applications, and high-resolution content creation.
The increased capacity allows for working with larger datasets. Memtest validation was conducted on an ASUS Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE motherboard with an AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9945WX processor.
16-Layer PCB Design
G.SKILL T5 Neo series DDR5 R-DIMM modules are built with a 16-layer PCB. This design is an upgrade from previous 8- or 10-layer designs and is intended to improve signal integrity, which can contribute to reliability and stability during high-performance or overclocked use.
Voltage Protection Features
Each G.SKILL T5 Neo series DDR5 R-DIMM module includes two bi-directional TVS diodes and a fuse. These components are designed to help maintain consistent voltage levels and protect the memory module from power spikes, contributing to module stability and reliability.
Availability
The G.SKILL T5 Neo series DDR5-6400 CL38 512 GB (64 GB x8) memory kit is expected to be available through G.SKILL’s worldwide distribution partners starting in August 2025.
