Noctua Showcases Two-Phase Thermosiphon Cooler Prototype

In a bold step toward redefining passive cooling, Noctua presented a working prototype of its two-phase thermosiphon CPU cooler at Computex 2025. Developed in collaboration with Belgian thermal experts at Calyos, this innovative solution leverages vaporization and condensation to transfer heat, eliminating the need for pumps or fans.

The thermosiphon cooler was demonstrated using an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D running F1 24, showcasing its ability to handle high-performance gaming loads. The system maintained stable temperatures while remaining completely silent, highlighting its potential as a zero-maintenance, high-performance alternative to traditional AIO liquid coolers.
