ASUS Philippines Corporation has released the ExpertBook P5 G2 and ExpertBook P3 G2, two new commercial laptops equipped with dedicated AMD neural processing units (NPUs) to handle AI workloads locally.
The ExpertBook P5 G2 starts at ₱87,995, while the ExpertBook P3 G2 starts at ₱69,995. Both lines are available nationwide through authorized ASUS Business resellers and tech retail stores.

ExpertBook P5 G2
The flagship ExpertBook P5 G2 is tailored for senior corporate professionals and features up to an AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX processor delivering 55 NPU TOPS, making it a certified Copilot+ PC.
The 14-inch model weighs from 1.27 kg and measures 10.43 mm thin, supporting up to 96 GB DDR5 RAM, an optional 144 Hz OLED display, and up to a 45 W Thermal Design Power (TDP) sustained via the ExpertCool thermal system.
ExpertBook P3 G2
Positioned for hybrid workers and digital nomads, the ExpertBook P3 G2 comes in both 14-inch and 16-inch configurations. It runs on an AMD Ryzen™ 7 8840HS processor with 39 NPU TOPS.
While matching the flagship P5’s 96 GB memory ceiling, the P3 tier focuses on higher local capacity with dual-SSD storage configurations expanding up to 6 TB total space.
Enterprise Security and Durability Standards
Both laptop lineups utilize a full metal chassis tested to US MIL-STD-810H military durability standards. Hardware- and firmware-level protection is managed through the ASUS ExpertGuardian suite, which includes a TPM 2.0 encryption chip, biometric fingerprint sensors, a physical webcam shield, and a NIST SP 800-155-compliant BIOS backed by a five-year firmware and driver update lifecycle.
Connectivity and Localized AI Tools
Physical connectivity includes a full-function USB 4 Type-C port, HDMI 2.1, and RJ45 Ethernet, alongside standard Wi-Fi 6 and optional Wi-Fi 7 capabilities. Virtual collaboration tools run directly on-device using the ASUS AI ExpertMeet platform, which provides localized noise cancellation, meeting transcripts, and live translated subtitles across more than 40 languages.
