ASUS has officially announced the local availability of the Prime AP303, a new 44-liter mid-tower ATX case designed to balance a compact footprint with high-end component compatibility.
The chassis focuses on space efficiency, offering support for massive next-generation graphics cards and robust cooling solutions despite its mid-sized frame.
Internal Layout and Compatibility
The standout feature of the Prime AP303 is its internal clearance. Although it maintains a 44-liter volume, ASUS states the case can accommodate graphics cards up to 360 mm in length – something the ASUS Prime AP201 can only dream of. The company specifically highlighted the case’s readiness for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series, including substantial cards like the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090.
To support these heavier GPUs, the case includes a built-in anti-sag bracket designed for cards ranging from 310 mm to 360 mm.
Power delivery and cable management have also been addressed. The front-mounted PSU configuration supports units up to 180 mm long. Internally, a UL-certified extension cable delivers 15 amps of current from the rear inlet to the power supply. For builders, a generous 34 mm-wide compartment behind the motherboard tray is provided for cable routing.
Cooling and Design
For thermal performance, the AP303 supports liquid cooling radiators up to 360 mm on the top panel, with clearance for thick radiators (up to 60 mm). This design choice facilitates easier CPU power cable connection at the top of the motherboard. The chassis features seven total fan mounting points and utilizes a “quasi-filter” metallic mesh design to maximize airflow without restricting intake.
The case is available in two side-panel configurations:
- Tempered Glass: For users prioritizing aesthetics and RGB visibility.
- Mesh: For users prioritizing maximum airflow and a low-profile look.
Both panel types utilize a tool-free design for easy removal. Front I/O connectivity includes a USB 20 Gbps Type-C® port, two USB Type-A ports, and standard audio jacks.
Pricing and Availability
The ASUS Prime AP303 is available now in the Philippines in both Black and White colorways. Prices vary slightly between the Tempered Glass (TG) and Mesh variants.
